TCLA's Crash Course

Understanding the City, Legal Technology and Mergers & Acquisitions!

TCLA’s Crash Course was an intensive one-day training event designed to help you secure a training contract. We gathered talented people across the profession to provide a crash course into mergers and acquisitions, legal technology and the role of lawyers in the City.

For those of you who couldn't make the event, we are delighted to make the following sessions available for Gold Members (sign up here):

Legal Technology Crash Course, Alistair Wye

Alistair works cross-functionally with a global team of lawyers and technologists to identify, develop and validate strategic innovation opportunities across his firm. Prior to re-entering private practice, Alistair created and led iManage RAVN’s presales operations advising on product strategy, working with top global law firms and FTSE 100 in-house legal teams to design and implement AI powered data extraction tools for due diligence and contract reporting. Before moving into legaltech, Alistair began his career as a banking lawyer – primarily focused on leveraged finance – working at Latham & Watkins, Ashurst and Deutsche Bank.
